Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging Group Fitness with Personal Training.

Small Group Training offers classes that focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development. You can expect personal attention and share the expense of a private trainer when you join or form a group of 3 to 6 people.

Training sessions are designed to benefit the whole group and can be from general total body conditioning to a specific program. Each person in the group will have the opportunity to work at their own pace in line with their individual abilities while performing the same exercises as the rest of the group.

​This unique format allows everyone to train as hard as they are capable of training, under the watchful eye, and personal attention of the trainer, while having fun working out with their friends.
