​Designed to give you a lasting, positive experience. This program provides the best possible results. Together, we work on high quality, functional fitness and overall Happiness.

You can expect balance, core conditioning, cardio, resistance training, nutritional guidance and a new, healthy body and lifestyle. All programs will be tailored to meet your needs, and goals.

Both on-site, and in-home options are available. Each session is professional, and safe. We place special emphasis on stretching and flexibility. The object is to create a new you, on your terms, in a safe and positive environment. You will be able to meet your goals, and push yourself to new limits.

 

We know that sometimes couples and friends like to train together. We have programs specifically tailored to two clients working with one trainer. Our certified trainer will always create a positive approach to fitness. We encourage you to bring your buddy to work out with you. 

We know that when working with two clients at once there still needs to be an individual awareness because no two people are the same. Our goal is for each of you to feel terrific when the workout is over. 

We will craft a healthy routine that maximizes our time with both of you and nutritional guidance to set you on a path that will lead to a new you.
